Once your schedules have been set your staff clock in using their smart phone or tablet. In the event of you being in the construction industry you can allocate a tablet to the site supervisor, who would ensure that all the site staff clock in and out. We even record the GPS co-ordinates.

 

In the "Old Days" your consultant would go on an out of town trip, he could clock in from his hotel bed at 08:00 and then get to his call at 09:30, he could then clock out at 16:30 while sitting in the pub, when he left his call at 14:00 and subsequently claim for four unworked hours and you would be none the wiser. Scheduling.

 

Missing Clockings - (Missing In or Missing Out)

Absenteeism – Was it AWOL? Or Sick? – Or Court? – Or was it just ….

Tardiness – Arrived Late, but to make up for it, he LEFT EARLY.

Overtime – Overtime if left unchecked is always open for abuse. Now take charge of Authorise Overtime.

Reduce your operating cost. If you can measure, you can improve productivity.

 

 

Design a system based on years of experience, but make it as easy as possible.

 

EASY Scheduling.

 

Especially if there is no logical pattern. Worst I saw was every 400 days the pattern repeats itself. OUCH. If there is a pattern, then easily create one and save it. NO PROBLEM. Point the day you want it to start. Bob on a Monday, George on a Tuesday, Tedious on a Friday – APPLY – DONE.

 

EASY Overtime.

 

No one gets overtime, unless the supervisor requests it. EASY, login into the cloud via smart phone, tablet, PC.  A few clicks to get started. DONE. SAVE the changes and then it needs to be approved by the Line Manager or Factory Manager.

 

EASY Tardiness.

Missing In Clockings and Missing OUT clockings are AUTOMATICALLY sent to the supervisor’s Smart phone by the TurboTime software. He or She, then goes in and fixes the “Exception” which MUST be approved by someone HR/Line manager.

EMAIL is sent to the supervisors smart phone (or PC) showing all the “PROBLEM CHILDREN” for that shift.

Who “Arrived Late, Who Left Early, Who has missing clocks and arrived late WHO has left early.

WHY did they not come to work yesterday? What was the reason?

AWOL?  –

OFF SICK?  -

SICK NOTE HANDED IN. – Paid or UNPAID?

DAY OFF IN LIEU OF OVERTIME

EASY CLOUD is what we should have called the product because that is the way it was designed.

ALL COMPANIES who have a HR Department this side of the world and a staff working on that side of the world.

Communication is frustrating. Fixing exceptions is a nightmare. Queries never seem to get less!

 

Construction Companies. – Their biggest issues is Missing Clockings. Tardiness and Absenteeism.

They are on construction and it is difficult to get hold of On Site staff when you need them.
