Each employee is issued with an ID badge which displays their photo, employee number, name and their QR code. The QR code contains, amongst other details, the tasks that the employee is qualified or permitted to complete.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Job Card/Works Order has a QR code.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is a booklet at the Job Costing Station with a QR code for each and every task that is performed within the company whether performed daily or once off.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is a second booklet with all the exit codes/job stop reasons.

 

The Process:

 

1. The employee touches the GREEN start job strip on the tablet.
2. The employee scans his employee card
3. He then scans his Job Number
4. He selects the task he is about to perform
5. When he has finished the task, he scans the exit code. He will be prompted to either continue on the same Job with another task, or start a new job and task, unless it is the end of the shift.

 

All steps in the process have a voice prompt.

 

 

All the information is imported into TurboTime for analysis and processing.
